Children's Legal Bureau, Inc. is a non-stock, non-profit organization based in Cebu City, Philippines, dedicated to creating a just world for children. We envision a society where every child, regardless of their circumstances, has access to justice and a voice that matters.

Certified by the Philippine Council for NGO Certification (PCNC) with certification number C199700618, we meet established minimum criteria for financial management and accountability in serving underprivileged Filipinos.
